Snagging and completion close-out

This is the tidy-up after the build: small gaps, unfinished junctions and the list of items nobody closed before the scaffold came down. We work through the snags you send us, on site, in one focused visit.

After the visit we tell you what was closed and what, if anything, still needs another attendance. You decide whether to go further.
Price
The £350.00 deposit is the full price if the snags you listed fit in the four-hour visit. If we need more time or materials, we write that as a separate quotation. Accept it and you pay only the extra; decline it and the £350.00 stands as the cost of that visit.
Guide price: from £4.00 per m² of property floor area
Snagging scope depends on the number of defects, not floor area — this is a rough sizing guide, not a quote. As a reference: a typical 2–3 bed home (roughly 70–100 m²) with a normal-sized snag list fits the £350 visit below. A larger property or a long/scattered list may need more than 4 hours — request a quote first so we can scope it properly.
