Someone is about to take keys, sign a tenancy or photograph the house for sale, and the finish is still patchy. This visit is a punch-list: the practical items that make the place presentable, done in one attendance.

After the visit
If the punch-list is longer than one visit, we say so in writing with a price for the rest. Access and occupied rooms are agreed before we come.
Price
£320.00 is the deposit for one handover visit of up to four hours. Paying it does not lock a calendar date; we agree the day once we have the address and access. Extra hours, if needed, are quoted separately and only charged if you accept.

Handover punch-lists depend on the number of items, not floor area — this is a rough sizing guide, not a quote. As a reference: a typical 2–3 bed home fits the £320 visit below. A larger property or a long punch-list may need more than 4 hours — request a quote first.
